I'm thinking about rejecting pills because I have a big decrease in the desire for sex.

I wonder if I should reject the pills, I take them about 4 years I noticed a huge decrease in the desire for sex. Before taking the pills I had painful, heavy and long periods of 6 days, and nothing has changed when I take the pills. I do not remember my skin too much, before taking pills, imperfections jumped out only before menstruation or during. And I have the same when using tablets. However, I am afraid that I may gain weight or my skin will deteriorate.
