What if I vomited 3 from the end of the Vines tablet an hour after taking?

Hello. I have been taking vines tablets for 4 years. Recently I vomited 3 from the end of the pill more than an hour after taking. 2 more pills I took normally and started 1 day of 4 day break? What should I do? Should I start a second blister though? Yesterday (1 day break) there was intercourse.
