Will the use of tablets 10-15 minutes before a given hour weaken their effectiveness?

Is it acceptable to use washes 10-15 minutes before the appointed time of admission? Does it affect effectiveness? Should it be taken at a more specific time

10-15 minute deviations from the standard time of taking the drug do not pose a threat to the effectiveness of tablets. The idea is to take the pills at about the same time. Nevertheless, please try to take the medicine at a fixed, designated time, even for your own psychological comfort.
