Can I use Ashwagandha with Welbox, Velaxin and Hydroxyzinum?

Hi Can Ashwagandha'e be combined with the drugs Welbox (I take in the morning) and Velaxin (I take in the evening)? Sometimes, if I can not fall asleep, the doctor also added Hydroxyzyne. Thank you very much

The combined use of preparations with Ashwagandha and drugs affecting the central nervous system (such as antidepressants, such as Velaxin) is not recommended. Ashwagandha may interact with preparations affecting the central nervous system, which may increase the risk of e.g. side effects. If you believe that the effect of the prescribed drugs is insufficient for you, I encourage you to consult your doctor.
