What to do in the absence of a contraceptive pill?

Good morning. Yesterday I took the pill as always at 10:00 (13 tablet), but after an hour I vomited. After a few hours, when I stopped feeling unwell, I took another pill, Sunday (14). Today also at 10:00 I took a pill, but Monday after losing the previous one. My question is. What exactly should I do when I finish a pack of pills and run out of that 21 tablets? Should I take a new one of the new packaging and start a week break? How to return to the old method of taking 1 tablet from Monday?
