Does a partial dissolved Belara tablet remain effective?

If I wanted to take a Belara tablet, did it fall on a wet spot on the table? I quickly took it, but the top guard was slightly "dissolved", i.e. I had a slight mark on my finger. Does such a tablet retain its effectiveness?

The coating layer of the tablet, which does not contain active substances, is likely to have been dissolved. Contraceptive protection in the event of taking such a pill remains preserved.
