I do not remember if I took the contraceptive pill - in this case, can I take an extra pill?

Good morning, I do not remember (I do not know how it happened that I have such a fragment of memory) whether I took a contraceptive pill. Apparently there is no pill from today, but I can not remember whether lykalam. In this case, can I take an extra tablet from a new blister (i.e. maybe take two in one day) and continue from tomorrow the same blister and the one from which I would take the spare one to throw away? Is it a detriment to something. What should I do to keep it secured?

Yes, you can take one more pill - the contraceptive effectiveness will then be maintained (assuming that you mistakenly forgot about the earlier pill). There is no need to throw away the entire blister of tablets if only 1 pc has been used - you can keep this blister as an "emergency" (in case, for example, you lose the tablet or do not have a prescription within a certain period).
