Hello 21 days ago I started taking birth control pills Atywia. I heard that after 21 days there is the so-called "withdrawal bleeding", but in my case the spotting occurred on the same day, the 21st cycle, i.e. the day on which I still took the (last) tablet, before the 7-day break. Is this a normal reaction? I will add that spotting is brown and rather scanty. Can there be any possibility of getting pregnant?

Especially at the beginning of using birth control pills, many women experience bleeding disorders such as spotting and irregular or prolonged bleeding. The body needs time to "adapt" to hormonal changes occurring under the influence of hormones contained in contraceptive pills. This period usually lasts about 3 months. If the tablets were taken correctly, then the probability of getting pregnant is negligible.
