What does heavy bleeding mean when taking Vibin mini active tablets if I missed the placebo tablets several times?

Hello, for about half a year I take vibin mini tablets. Well received never were any problems or undesirable effects. I admit that sometimes I did not take a break from withdrawal to drag the lack of "period". This time I waited 4 months, I had plans to take a break soon but yesterday take another pill at 21, 24 there was the same bleeding. I do not know if I have reason to worry because this bleeding despite the normal color is more abundant and with clots.

In the event that the break for withdrawal bleeding (placebo tablets) is omitted, spotting and even mid-cycle bleeding may occur when using active tablets, and this is normal. However, it is not recommended to skip the break several times in a row. For this reason, I would recommend you to go for a consultation to a gynecologist who will conduct preventive examinations.
