Should I keep the interval between using Propranolol, Escitalopram and Alpragen?

From tomorrow I start treatment for anxiety disorders. The doctor prescribed me escitalopram so far 1/4 tabketki,Alpragen 0.25 half tablet, and propranol 10mg half tablet, all these drugs I have to take in the morning. I just forgot to ask if you can swallow them all together? Should I do a time interval? Please give me a hint.

These drugs are often used in polytherapy of anxiety disorders. Escitalopram should be taken once a day, with enough liquid (preferably a glass of water), with or without food. Alpragen and Propranolol can also be taken with water in addition to a meal. In order not to take a whole handful of drugs at once, you can spread it over a period of about 2 hours around breakfast, the interval is not required, but you can avoid duplicate side effects, e.g. lowering blood pressure, dizziness, drowsiness, confusion, or difficulty concentrating.
