What if I missed the Belar tablet twice and there was no withdrawal bleeding?

Hello, I take balera contraceptive pills but this month twice (not in a row) unfortunately I forgot. I finished the package to the end and the 6th day passes and I still have no bleeding. Yesterday I did a super sensitive pregnancy test and one line came out. What in this case? Is this normal? Tomorrow I should take a new package. So far I have always had withdrawal bleeding and I take the pills for 2 years.

According to available sources, if You have missed The Belara tablets twice and taken them more than 12 hours apart from the standard time of use or if they were not taken at all, there is a high risk of reducing contraceptive protection. An important issue is also when the tablets were missed. If the omission occurred in the 1st week of taking the drug, and during the previous 7 days there was intercourse, the risk of pregnancy is all the greater. The time of skipping the tablets is also important because for the next 7 days after the delay in taking the tablets, additional methods of contraception should be used. If they have not been used, then there is a chance of getting pregnant. Super sensitive pregnancy tests detect pregnancy after about 7-10 days after intercourse, while tests with lower sensitivity after about 2 weeks after intercourse. Therefore, if the test was performed too early, it should be repeated, because the result obtained may not have been reliable. Alternatively, you can also go to the laboratory to measure the concentration of beta-HCG (chorionic gonadotropin). If the result is below 5 mlU/ml, it indicates that you are not pregnant.
