Will the 40 minute difference in taking Microgynon affect its effectiveness?

If today on the 7th day of starting to take contraceptive pills exactly microgynon 21 I took a pill 40 minutes than normal (every day I take at 9.50 - 10.00 today about 10.45) do I have reason to worry?

No, you have no reason to worry. A 40-minute slip in the use of Microgynon 21 tablets will not have a negative effect on the effectiveness of contraception and will not reduce protection against pregnancy.
