According to the leaflet of the drug with activated carbon Medicinal charcoal VP, other drugs should be used at least 2 hours before or after taking activated carbon. In the case of birth control pills, it is often recommended to take a break of up to 4 hours to make sure that the hormones are fully absorbed. I think that taking coal about 3 hours after the contraceptive pill should not significantly affect its effectiveness, but if you are concerned, you can use an additional method of contraception, e.g. condoms, for the next 7 days.
