Is bleeding despite starting Elin tablets from the next pack normal?

Hello. She has been taking elin birth control pills for a year and a half. Bleeding gets on the 4th day break. And even though I start the new blister on Saturday, the bleeding lasts until Sunday or Monday. Is this normal?
