Can you somehow check if the contraceptive pills are working properly?

I have been using Vines contraceptive pills for a year so far they have worked properly but for 2-3 months I have a feeling that something is wrong due to small problems or can you somehow check if they work? Can the gynecologist check if the tablets are working properly?
