Will taking an additional tablet from the current and not a spare blister affect the effectiveness of the tablets? Will it disrupt the cycle?

After taking the vines tablet 3/4 hours after taking it, I vomited. I didn't have a spare blister, so I took another pill from the blister I had started. Does it reduce the effectiveness of the tablets? Does it disrupt the cycle?

Since you took an extra pill after vomiting, contraceptive protection was preserved. Now you can either shorten the intake of active pills from this blister to 23 days and start the placebo the day before, or once you have an additional blister, take one additional tablet from the blister and start the placebo as always (in both cases, contraceptive protection will be preserved). If you decide to skip the last missing active pill and start the placebo the day before, the cycle will shift one day and the bleeding will probably occur the day earlier than usual, and you will also start the next blister the day before.
