Changing the time from 10 am to 20 pm is possible. Guided by the principle that the break in the use of contraceptive pills should never be longer than 7 days, it will be safest to shorten the break for withdrawal bleeding and the first tablet from the new blister to take at 20 o'clock on the last day of the withdrawal bleeding break. We wrote more about how to use contraception correctly in the text: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-prawidlowo-stosowac-antykoncepcje
