Is spotting when using Slinda normal?

Slinda For a year I have been taking slinda - a one-component tbl for endometriosis. Every month with a placebo there is a slight spotting. It is not burdensome but the question is whether it is normal. Every six months I go to a gynecological ultrasound, the last one was at the end of December and it was ok. I do not know if it is with spotting should stop after some time completely cxy but it may be so that they will occur throughout the time of taking tbl. Please suggest
