Is it normal for me to have very severe ovarian pain until the pain radiates to the bottom of my back?

Hello, I take slinde from July 2021 and until January this year I had bleeding from time to time and to this day there is no bleeding even with green tablets, often because my ovaries hurt it was not a great pain that passed after not a long time, but today I have a very strong ovarian pain until the pain radiates to the bottom of my back pain keeps me already half a day from the morning.
