Good morning, will stopping taking isotek for a few days affect the treatment? The break is due to the inability to receive a prescription, before visiting a dermatologist, and due to the lack of deadlines, I will run out of a few tablets. Will this affect the whole therapy?

In the absence of a prescription for Izotek, it is possible to use the teleadvice offered, m.in. by the Gdziepolek.pl portal: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja We wrote more about how to get an e-prescription by phone in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/blog/jak-telefoniczne-otrzymac-recepte-i-zwolnienie-lekarskie

Since the concentration of Izotek persists in the blood for a long time (a small concentration of the drug persists up to a month after the end of the treatment), a few days break is not important for the success of the therapy. Please continue treatment as soon as possible. I attach a link to a helpful post: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-pozbyc-sie-tradziku-u-doroslych
