If I started a break from using Vibin mini the day before, was contraceptive protection maintained?

Good morning, if one day I took two birth control pills due to diarrhea, continued to take the pills normally for the next 2 days and one day earlier I went to a 7-day break, was the effect of the pills preserved? I will add that the new Vibin mini blistrer I started immediately after the break.
