Can taking a Belara tablet with a 9-hour delay cause abdominal pain?

Good morning, I have been taking belara birth control pills for some time and on the 21st day I took the pill with a 9 hour delay. Now it is the 2nd day of the break and my uterus hurts but the bleeding has not yet occurred. Could this be the reason why I took the pill with a delay? And should I worry if bleeding doesn't occur?

Taking the Belara contraceptive pill with a 9-hour delay does not affect the effectiveness of contraception, but if there is no withdrawal bleeding, it is worth taking a pregnancy test before starting the next package of the drug. As a standard, withdrawal bleeding usually occurs 2-3 days after taking the last tablet. The pain is probably associated with a break in taking hormones, but if it persists in the next cycle, it is worth going to the gynecologist for check-ups.
