Will symptoms such as dizziness and headaches at the beginning of Metocard ZK disappear or should I stop taking the medicine?

From today I take the drug for pressure metocard zk at a dose of 47.5 and I have dizziness and headache .I have a question whether these symptoms disappear or I need to change the medication when the pressure normalizes how much time is needed

The first effects of treatment with Metocard ZK are visible after 1-2 hours after taking the tablet. The total effect of therapy is achievable after a few days of regular intake of the drug. If during treatment you observe symptoms such as dizziness and headache - please measure the pressure - perhaps the effect of the drug is too strong and your heart rate has dropped too much. The symptoms you are writing about may indicate bradycardia, i.e. a drop in heart rate below 60 beats / minute. Tell your doctor about the side effects you have observed, you may need to change the dosage of your medication. I will mention that the metocard ZK tablet can be divided in half.
