Which of the drugs is safer: sertraline, escitalopram or paroxetine?
I would like to ask which of the drugs is the most safe and has the least side effects : Sertranorm, Pathogen or Mozarin?

Zotral contains sertraline, Escitil - escitalopram are other active substances but with similar mechanisms of action. Both substances belong to the group of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs). They can cause similar side effects, such as palpitations or slowing or speeding up the heart rate. The frequency of these events is similar in both cases. However, it is important to remember that these symptoms do not appear in every patient and these drugs are usually well tolerated.
Welcome. I'm taking escitil and bisocard. Recently, escitil was replaced with Zotral because Zotral is said to put less strain on the heart. I want to ask if zotral is the same drug as escitil with the same composition, etc

All the medicinal products listed in the question contain active substances belonging to the group of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs): sertraline (Sertranorm), praoxetine (Parogen) and escitalopram (Mozarin). These drugs, compared to tricyclic antidepressants, which are older generation drugs, are characterized by better tolerance. Of these active substances, escitalopram (e.g. Mozarin) has the best efficacy and safety profile in the general population. Compared with paroxetine and sertraline, this drug is considered to be better tolerated among patients. However, I emphasize that this applies to the general population of patients. All these medicinal products are dispensed only with a doctor's prescription, and their use should take place under the constant supervision of a specialist, therefore only a doctor who has interviewed a patient and knows the history of his disease can reliably determine which drug for a particular patient will be the most effective and safest. It should also be mentioned that the listed drugs differ in some indications for use, for example, escitalopram is used to treat depression and anxiety disorders. Sertraline, in addition to treating depression, is used in addition to the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder or post-traumatic stress disorder.
