What if I remember taking a pill but I'm not sure?

Good morning, what to do if I wanted to take the contraceptive pill quickly and took it out on my hand, put the blister down and remember that I felt the pill in my mouth, but I did not register it or when I stopped this blister the pill was still in my hand. I remember that she was on the tongue, but I don't know anymore. Often after taking a tablet I have such thoughts. Should I treat that one as omitted?

Since the tablet was removed from the blister, did not fall out, you did not put it somewhere else, you remember taking the tablet, feeling its presence in your mouth and on your tongue, everything indicates that you took it. If you have taken a pill, there is no reason to treat it as "omitted". A "skipped" tablet is primarily one that has not been taken at the appointed time or within the time frame set by the leaflet. I do not see any indications for recommending the use of additional doses on the basis of the above premises. At the same time, you as a patient must be sure of taking or skipping the pill and you should create conditions to control the correctness and regularity of using contraceptive pills. If, despite taking the pills, you often think that you have not taken them, they are persistent, disturb your peace and accumulate taking the form of obsession, it may be an indication to contact a psychologist. On an ad hoc basis, you can help yourself by taking the pill in the presence of another person, or by taking it in concentration in a clear self-control of the activities performed - for example, you can clearly note in your mind "I took" at the time of taking the drug or mark it in a notebook or on the phone (there are even applications designed for this).
