Which day to consider the first day of withdrawal bleeding?
Is the slightly red-tinged mucus already the first day of withdrawal bleeding? After 3 tablets of placebo in the evening I noticed very slightly red mucus, but only the next day I had more intense bleeding. So which day is the first day of bleeding?

The first day of bleeding is usually considered the day when the first symptoms of bleeding occur - not necessarily intense. So I would say that the first day of bleeding was the day you observed bloody mucus.
