How to deal with fears that the contraceptive pill will fall out of my mouth?

How to deal with fears that the contraceptive pill will fall out of my throat after taking? I always drink and most often eat a piece of bread slices. After all, I avoid conversations immediately after taking, I do not open my mouth. Are such fears justified? Is it possible that it falls out of my mouth after swallowing?

After swallowing the tablet along with a lot of water, it is highly unlikely that it will fall out of your mouth, because the tablet is no longer there. If you still have concerns, it may be helpful to talk to a psychologist. You can go to a psychological office or use teleadvice, e.g. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja

After what time after taking the tablet can you talk so that the tablet does not fall out? I always drink plenty of water.

Everything is a matter of the psyche. Generally, there is no way that the tablet will fall out of your mouth if you do not start coughing/ laughing / talking while swallowing. If, after inserting the tablet into your mouth, you immediately drink water - the chances that the preparation will be outside the body as a result of spitting out - reach zero. Please remain calm and try to get used to the idea that the event you mention is extremely rare.
