Transparent pulling mucus 4 days before the expected menstruation does not indicate fertilization. Since the result of a blood pregnancy test taken 4 days before the date of the expected menstruation is already reliable, its negative result means that you are not pregnant. I will add that I did a blood pregnancy test yesterday and it came out negative.
