Is it possible to take zinc and probiotic together with Belara contraceptive pills?

Good morning, can Probio Femina Dr. Max with zinc be used simultaneously with Belara contraceptive pills? Can zinc have a negative impact on the operation of the tablets and is it necessary to maintain any gap between taking both agents? If not, when is the best time to take this probiotic?

Neither zinc nor probiotics affect the effectiveness of Belara contraceptive pills. There is no need to keep a break in their use. Probiotics are good to take at night, when intestinal peristalsis slows down and bacteria have more time to "work".
