What if I started taking birth control pills during spotting and not on the first day of menstruation?

Good morning. I have corpus luteum insufficiency and the gynecologist prescribed me Vines tablets. I confused spotting with the first day of menstruation and I have already taken 2 tablets what should I do?

Menstrual bleeding may have subsided faster or decreased in intensity under the influence of hormones taken with birth control pills. However, if you are sure that it was not the first day of the cycle, you should use additional contraceptive methods (e.g. condoms) while using the first pack of tablets.
