If the gynecologist does not see anything on the ultrasound, can I exclude pregnancy?

Can vaginal ultrasound performed 9 weeks after intercourse on which the gynecologist did not notice anything and a negative test already 100 percent exclude pregnancies? No withdrawal bleeding, would it be possible that the pregnancy would not yet be visible on the ultrasound?

The absence of withdrawal bleeding does not necessarily mean pregnancy, especially if the tablets were taken correctly. Sometimes bleeding does not occur due to the action of hormones on the endometrium, that is, the endometrium. If it is too thin, then there is nothing to exfoliate and bleeding does not occur. I would not like to speak for a gynecologist, but in my opinion, 9 weeks after intercourse, pregnancy should be clearly visible. The gynecologist should unequivocally answer you what the result of the examination is. A negative result of the pregnancy test indicates the absence of pregnancy.
