Is the tablet reduced in effectiveness if it has passed only after the second sip of water?

Good morning, I drank the contraceptive pill with water today and after the first arc she only moved a little deep into the tongue almost to the throat and after the second sip she passed. Will the pill be absorbed properly and the effectiveness of contraception will be preserved? Did the fact that it could stick to the throat for a moment reduce the effectiveness?

So under the tongue she would not dissolve immediately and I would feel as if she fell there like this?

To @Ola: There is no such possibility.

And is it possible for the tablet to stick to the throat despite drinking water? Or she fell under her tongue and I wouldn't feel it?

To @Ola: you took the pill - so there is no question of skipping and having to take any action (bypassing placebo or taking a spare).

So I can take a normal placebo break (it was the 19th tablet) and not treat it as omitted, or take a spare one?

Due to the fact that the tablet after the first sip of water moved only a little, and after the second arc passed, its effectiveness did not decrease.
