Can Citrus praradisi affect the effectiveness of contraceptive pills in the same way as ordinary fruit?

Can grapefruit extract, i.e. Citrus praradisi (naringenin) affect the same effect as ordinary fruit on reducing the effectiveness of contraceptive pills (Slinda)?

That is, regular consumption does not affect the decrease? Only when it induces vomiting?
