Am I fully protected after switching from Slinda to Vines tablets?

good morning, I took Slinda tablets for 3 months. the gynecologist advised me to change the pills and today I took Vines contraception. I got bleeding 3 days ago (yesterday I took the last fourth placebo tablet), the question is whether the effectiveness during intercourse is still preserved or you need to protect yourself additionally?

Changing the contraceptive from one to a two-component can lead to a decrease in contraceptive effectiveness. For the first 7 days of using Vines tablets, an additional form of contraception in the form of a condom should be used. After this time, protection will already be fully provided.
