Lek Paroxinor zawiera paroksetynę, a lek Velaxin wenlafaksynę. Są to nieco inne substancje chemiczne, jednak stosowane w bardzo podobnych sytuacjach i o zbliżonym mechanizmie działania. Być może lekarz uznał, że lek z wenlafaksyną sprawdzi się lepiej w Pana przypadku. Zawsze ma Pan prawo dopytać lekarza z jakiej przyczyny została wprowadzona ta zmiana. Najlepszej odpowiedzi na to pytanie udzieli Pana lekarz prowadzący.
