Hello, I am taking 2-fold contraception. Recently, due to problems in the spine, I take Anapran and Methocarbamol. All drugs are metabolized in the liver... My question is whether such an amount of drugs does not cause the liver, for example, to ignore the absorption of pills? This is apparently the case with antidepressants. I wonder if my contraception is effective at this point?
In that case, thank you very much for taking the time to listen to my problem and for your reply. I wish you a nice day and all the best for you.

To @Malwa: In such a situation, I see no reason to worry. Protection is preserved and there is no risk of pregnancy.
Hello, thank you for your reply. I don't drink black mallow regularly. He understands that regularly means every month, the whole month. Once in a while I have delusional fears about pregnancy and I drink mallow during the break until the period of 3 days of the seven-day break. Now I drank for 3 di 2-3 glasses, then 2 days later I took the first pill from the new blister. I have fears and I only agree to caress without sex. I will add that for me this tea from mallow is its dried flowers, so not such a tea in a sachet.

For @Mlawa: Due to the phytoestrogen content, it is likely that regular drinking of black mallow tea may alter the effect of birth control pills. Nevertheless, it should be borne in mind that the content of phytoestrogens in tea is small, hence the low risk of interaction. Hello, I wonder if for sure black mallow does not affect the effectiveness of contraception because it has in its composition phytoestogens such as I have hibiscus and it already reduces the effectiveness of contraception. Please specify why you think there is no interracion between black mallow and pills.
