If I have concerns about the effectiveness of a condom, should I take a pill after?

Hello, I am in the process of taking the first pack of Vibin mini. I started taking on the first day of the cycle. On the 6th day I received an antibiotic and I am taking Amotax. (I'm currently on day 8 of the cycle.) My husband and I were protecting ourselves additionally in connection with taking an antibiotic, but the condom has slid off and we have concerns about the effectiveness. In this situation, is it necessary to take a pill to avoid pregnancy?
