How high is the risk of pregnancy if I took the Microgynon tablet with an 11-hour delay and additionally took EllaOne?

Welcome. I take Microgynon regularly and in 1 week after the break I missed 4 of this tablet. (I took after 11h, on Fri at 9 am instead of On Thursday night). This week he had intercourse (Wednesday night to Thursday night) after 57 hours of intercourse so I took Ellaone. How high is the risk of pregnancy? Thank you.

Przyjmując tabletkę Microgynon z opóźnieniem krótszym, niż 12 godzin skuteczność ochrony antykoncepcyjnej nie ulega zmniejszeniu. Dlatego w opisanej przez Panią sytuacji nie było konieczne przyjmowanie tabletki EllaOne - ochrona antykoncepcyjna była zachowana. Dodatkowe przyjęcie EllaOne nie wpłynęło zatem na zmniejszenie ryzyka ciąży, które było znikome.
