Paracetamol w dawce ponad 3000 mg na dobę obniża skuteczność antykoncepcji. Metafen zawiera 325mg, więc dzienna dawka rekomendowana przez producenta tj. 3 tabletki jest bezpieczna podczas stosowania antykoncepcji.

Pomiędzy stosowaniem Metafenu, a tabletką antykoncepcyjną proszę zachować kilkugodzinną przerwę, minimum 2-3h.
