Ponieważ oba leki obniżają ciśnienie tętnicze krwi, zastosowanie takiego połączenia wiąże się z ryzykiem niedociśnienia.
Połączenie takie nie jest przeciwwskazane, jednak może prowadzić do zbyt dużych spadków ciśnienia, które skutkować będą, m.in. bólem głowy czy sennością w ciągu dnia. W razie zaobserwowania tego typu objawów, proszę unikać przyjmowania leku Nasen lub skonsultować się z lekarzem celem zmiany schematu dawkowania leku na nadciśnienie.
