Can it combine Ketonal and Voltaren Express Forte?
Hello. Can I take Ketanol Active together with voltaren forte maker? Not at once, of course, but with a few hours off. I take ketanol every 8 hours but the pain appears after a few hours and it is difficult to get to the next dose. I still have Skudex but it's a last resort because I feel bad after this drug and I know that it does not connect to Ketonal.

Jeśli stosuje Pan Ketonal co 8 godzin, można w międzyczasie, kiedy ból będzie naprawdę dotkliwy przyjąć paracetamol lub Pyralginę lub np. zrezygnować z jednej dawki Ketonalu i w zamian przyjąć wspomniany Voltaren, który jest lekiem długodziałającym.
Takie rozwiązanie powinno być jednak doraźne - w razie dużego bólu, gdyż łączenie Ketonalu i Voltarenu zwiększa ryzyko wystąpienia działań niepożądanych niesteroidowych leków przeciwzapalnych, prowadząc np. do wystąpienia zaburzeń żołądkowo-jelitowych czy niebezpiecznych krwawień z przewodu pokarmowego.
