Can gabapentin, mianserin and tramadol be used at the same time?

I take Gabapentin Teva for neuropathic headaches at a dose of 3 every day after 1000mg another doctor told me Deprexolet if I can take both drugs simultaneously and whether in cases of pain I can take Skudexe or Tramal or Paracetamol

Nie ma przeciwwskazań do jednoczesnego przyjmowania leków Gabapentin Teva i Deprexolet.

Odradza się natomiast przyjmowanie leków zawierających tramadol (np. Skudexa, Tramal) podczas stosowania gabapentyny. Jednoczesne stosowanie tych leków może prowadzić do nadmiernego uspokojenia, senność, zawrotów głowy, a nawet poważnych zaburzeń oddychania, które w skrajnych przypadkach mogą zagrażać życiu.
W przypadku potrzeby sięgnięcia po lek przeciwbólowy, zdecydowanie bezpieczniej będzie zastosować paracetamol bądź ibuprofen.
