Stosowanie leku Urofuraginum nie jest przeciwwskazane podczas terapii produktem leczniczym Pramolan. Ze względu na fakt, iż niesteroidowe leki przeciwzapalne (NLPZ) mogą upośledzać czynność nerek, bezpieczniej będzie zastosować lek przeciwbólowy zawierający paracetamol, który pozbawiony jest działania nefrotoksycznego.
