W przypadku tak złożonej terapii ciężko określić, na jakim poziomie i jakie interakcje lekowe mogą wystąpić.
Wiadomo, np. iż łączenie leków Tulip i Mysimba zwiększa ryzyko uszkodzenia wątroby, Mysimba nasila i wydłuża działanie Propranololu, Glucophage i Propranolol mogą doprowadzić do nadmiernego zwolnienia akcji serca. Ponieważ interakcje w wypadku tego typu terapii są dość liczne, warto skonsultować się z jednym lekarzem, który zdecyduje, jaki sposób dawkowania leków będzie najbezpieczniejszy i czy wszystkie preparaty są konieczne.
