To @Kasia: Please remember that any modifications to the therapy should be made after consultation with the attending physician acquainted in detail with your state of health. We do not have enough information about your treatment and health condition to help and clearly determine the appropriate pattern of conduct. If you feel side effects after the morning dose of the drug, this should also be reported - it may be advisable not only to change the dosage, but also to change the medication. Reporting side effects allows you to gather more information about the safety of medicines and update data about them, which can help other patients in the future. We wrote about how to report them here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane Side effects of drugs can also be reported individually: https://www.urpl.gov.pl/pl/produkty-lecznicze/monitorowanie-bezpieczeństwa-leków/zg elk-side-effect-0

Tak, stosując Sympramol można doraźnie zastosować paracetamol, nie ma ku temu przeciwwskazań.
