Should bleeding from the 23rd Vines tablet alarm me?

Good morning, I'm in the process of 4 blisters of contraceptive pills vines. This morning I took 23 active tablets and got a period - this is a bit more blood than with stting - just as if I had a period. Is this a cause for concern? I know that at first it may be so, but it is already 4 blister. I took all the tablets regularly and did not have any diarrhoea or vomiting.
