Do the components of the chips affect the effectiveness of the contraceptive implant?

Can the composition of these chips affect the performance of the contraceptive implant? I wonder just these herbs in the composition or can they weaken the action? Potatoes, vegetable oils (corn, sunflower, rapeseed in varying proportions), flavouring preparation [whey powder from milk, salt, sugar, flavor enhancer (monosodic glutamate), onions, aromas, spices and herbs].
