Is it possible to damage the contraceptive pill when pulling it out? For example, too strong pulling?

For @Anonim: there are no special instructions for squeezing the tablet from the socket in the blister, including any special way specifically for the drug Atywia Daily. Gently press the tablet you want to take. You can hold the same place from the bottom so that the force on the tear of the foil is directed and the tablet is directly on the hand.
How do I remove the contraceptive pill from the blister? Sometimes it happens to me to gently "damage" the foil of the tablet below, which I have to take in a week. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Before, I did not pay any attention to it, and now when I think it is worse. Is there a way? Atywia Daily

I understand, but I would like to mention that my friend, when answering the question, did not see the photo that you added later. In my opinion - analyzing the photo - there is no fear that the effect of the drug will be weakened.
I understand, however, in the answer below it is written that any damage affects the effectiveness.

To @Ola: No, such "damage" does not affect the contraceptive effectiveness of the pill.
Does such damage affect the effectiveness of tablets?
