Hello. I've been taking atywie dayli for about 2 years. The first time I happened to forget the tablet. I should take the second tablet from the blister today at 7:30 but on the run I forgot and realized only in the evening about I took it at 22. More than 12 hours have passed. 3 days ago I had sex with a boyfriend with a condom. Is there a high risk of pregnancy? And how to behave now that I forgot that one tablet?

For @Agata: Yes, it is recommended to use additional protection for another 7 days, as the contraceptive protection of the pills may be weakened.

Postąpiła Pani prawidłowo przyjmując zapomnianą tabletkę o 22:00. Kolejne tabletki należy stosować o zwykłej porze i stosować dodatkowe zabezpieczenia, na przykład prezerwatywy, przez następne 7 dni.
Jeżeli odbyła Pani stosunek w tygodniu poprzedzającym pominięcie tabletki należy zdawać sobie sprawę, że może być Pani w ciąży. Zastosowanie prezerwatywy, która nie pękła lub się nie zsunęła, w mojej ocenie, minimalizuje wspomniane ryzyko.
Na chwilę obecną nie widzę powodów do obaw, bo nic nie wskazuje na to, aby istniały okoliczności sprzyjające ciąży, jeśli się Pani dodatkowo zabezpieczała, jednak dla pewności należy wykonać test ciążowy w dniu spodziewanego krwawienia z odstawienia:
