After 3 months of inserting the mirena insert, I put on 15 kg. I used Sylvie 30 birth control pills before and had no such problems. I didn't change my diet. I exercise, not lose weight. I don't eat any more. Can I take birth control pills with mirene?

If you put a mirena spiral and
Or copper, can you take diet pills?
Is gynefix IUD ? It only has copper?? Or silver? Or gold?
Is it possible to insert a copper IUD with silver and after a week put on a contraceptive implant? I don't think these two contraceptives interact with each other ??? Because of the fact that I will be using contraception, it should not be
Reduce effectiveness??
Can I use the implanon NXT contraceptive implant and the copper IUD or the copper IUD with silver at the same time? Will these two contraceptives have a bad effect on each other?

To @Anna:
The copper IUD, regardless of the amount of copper, works mainly by releasing copper ions, which reduce sperm motility and prevent fertilization. Smaller IUDs, tailored to women who do not give birth, may have slightly less copper, but they are still highly effective if they are fitted correctly.
Diet, alcohol consumption or spices do not affect the effectiveness of the copper pad. If you drink alcohol in large quantities, it is worth considering the health aspects of alcohol consumption, but this does not affect the contraceptive effect of the IUD. If you have doubts about the appropriate method of contraception for your lifestyle, it is worth consulting a gynecologist.
If you are not able to make a face-to-face visit, I attach a link to the online teleconsultation:
And how is it with eating roasted pistachios in very large quantities and eating a lot of green vegetables and a lot of spices, chilli and spicy spices to meat and dishes and drinking a lot of flavored alcoholic beers, because every day it will affect the effectiveness against preventing pregnancy if I have a copper insert for a non-parison?
What contraception can you use if I drink a lot of flavored beers, but also use a lot of spices, including spicy ones, for dishes?
Inserting a copper cylinder with less copper because I didn't give birth can be less effective because it has less copper? Does this make me more careful about what I eat and drink? Or be more careful before pregnancy?
I have a small copper insert with less copper and I wonder if this will make the one with less copper less effective?
I weigh 87 kg

To @Anna:
1. Is a non-hormonal IUD otherwise copper?
A non-hormonal IUD is actually a copper IUD. The copper in it has a protective function against fertilization by acting on sperm and changing the environment in the uterus.
2. If I didn't give birth, do I need to have a copper insert with less copper?
For women who have not given birth, copper IUDs with less copper or smaller in size are often used because their uterus is narrower. The insoles are tailored to the individual needs of the patient.
3. Why are these copper inserts cheap? Does this mean that they are much less effective than hormonal ?
Copper IUDs are less expensive because they do not contain hormones, which makes their production simpler. However, this does not mean that they are less effective – their effectiveness is high.
Is a non-hormonal IUD otherwise copper?
My second question is, if I didn't give birth, do I need to have a copper cylinder with less copper?
And my third question is why these copper inserts are cheap? Does this mean that they are much less effective than hormonal ?

Up to @Hhhhg:
With a non-hormonal IUD, such as a copper one, there is no effect of diet or herbs consumed on its contraceptive effectiveness. You can consume herbs such as licorice, drink herbal teas, juices, and also eat lemon and lime without worrying that they will affect the performance of the IUD.
Unlike hormonal pills, which can have interactions with certain substances, the IUD works mechanically, so its effectiveness remains independent of the diet.
And is it true that with a non-hormonal IUD I can eat and drink whatever herbs I want and also drink herbal teas with liquorice, drink 100% juices, eat a lot of lemon and lime and it will not affect the prevention of pregnancy?
Because with pills it reduces effectiveness, but what is it like with a non-hormonal IUD?

Up to @Hhhhg:
It is possible to take birth control pills to treat hirsutism even if you have a copper IUD inserted. Birth control pills will mainly work to regulate hormone levels, while a copper IUD provides protection against pregnancy in a mechanical way.
Hello, I have a copper IUD inserted, not hormonal, can I take birth control pills at this time?
I will take the pills because of hirsutism and the IUD is there to avoid getting pregnant

To @Zabunia: If these are combined contraceptive pills - you can start using the pills immediately after removing the IUD. Nevertheless, the protection may be reduced, so for the first 7 days of taking the tablets, an additional form of protection in the form of a condom should be used. If you intend to take single-component tablets - here you can also start using them immediately after removing the IUD. No additional contraception in the form of a condom is necessary. Protection is provided immediately.
After removing Mirena, can I take birth control pills right away?

To @Ma: Since both medicines contain the same active substance, this combination is not advisable. Please consult your doctor again and ask if this solution is really advisable and will be safe for you. If you are not able to consult your doctor, you can use the teleadvice here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja/z-ginekologiem

Do @Ala:
Tak, stosując wkładkę Mirena można przyjmować preparat Asequrella.
Czy Asequrella może być stosowana przy wkładce Mirenie ?
